Our History
Located in the Plaza José Palomo in Marbella’s old town, Barril del Gusto is a restaurant born out of a passion for authentic cuisine. Under the management of Amador Hernández, a restaurateur with decades of experience in Granada and on the Costa del Sol, we have created a space where tradition and innovation coexist in perfect harmony.
Our culinary offering is based on the rich Mediterranean diet, with a particular focus on fresh, seasonal produce. From elaborate tapas to imaginative fish dishes and legendary red meats, every dish is a memorable experience.
One of the things we are most proud of is our extensive collection of gourmet wines, both Spanish and international, which are of the highest quality and accessible to everyone.
